Welcome to Learnables ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Learnables mobile application (the "App") and any related services we provide. By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
By creating an account or using the App, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are under 18, you represent that you have obtained parental or guardian consent to use the App.
Learnables is a language learning application that provides bilingual stories, native audio narration, instant translation, and interactive reading features. The App offers both individual book purchases and subscription-based access to our content library.

You may not use another person's account without permission. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
You may purchase individual books through the App. All purchases are processed through Apple's In-App Purchase system and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. Prices are displayed in your local currency and include applicable taxes.
We offer subscription plans that provide access to our premium content library. Subscription details include:
All purchases made through the App are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's refund policies. We do not have the ability to issue refunds directly. To request a refund, please contact Apple Support or visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
We may offer free trial periods for subscription services. You will not be charged during the free trial period. However, if you do not cancel before the trial period ends, you will automatically be charged the subscription fee and your subscription will begin. You may cancel your free trial at any time through your Apple ID Account Settings.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID Account Settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to subscription features until the end of the paid period. No refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods.
All content available through the App, including but not limited to stories, text, audio recordings, images, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by or licensed to Learnables and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms and conditions.
THE APP AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Your use of the App is at your sole risk. We do not guarantee that the App will help you achieve language proficiency or any specific learning outcomes.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LINGUATALES AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any part thereof at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms in the App or by other means. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination:

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by us in the App, constitute the entire agreement between you and Learnables concerning the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, regarding the subject matter herein.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be replaced with a valid and enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. Any waiver of any provision of these Terms will be effective only if in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Learnables.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights and obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction. Any attempted assignment in violation of this section shall be null and void.
