The purchase screen didn't respond?
If you experience a delay after clicking "Continue," it is often due to a temporary network timeout. Please ensure you have a stable connection. If a purchase was successful but didn't show in the app, tap "Restore Purchases" in the app settings to sync your status instantly.
How can I request a refund?
As all transactions are handled by the app stores, you can request a refund directly through their respective portals:

Apple Users: reportaproblem.apple.com
Google Play Users: play.google.com/store/account

🔒Account Safety & Deletion

How do I delete my account?
You can permanently delete your account directly within the app: Settings > Account > Delete Account.

If you no longer have the app installed, you can request account and data deletion by emailing [email protected]. Please include your registered email address. We will remove all your data within 7-10 business days.
